1. In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. Put in a jar with good lid and refrigerate until needed, up to 3 or 4 weeks.
3. Before serving, you'll need to mix or shake it up a bit.

Instead of plain old Ranch style dip in your next veggie tray, try this tangy, sweet garlic dip. It's different enough to please anyone and everyone.
If you like your dip a bit hotter, go ahead and drop in a little more hot sauce. You can even mix in a few sprinkles of red pepper flakes.
I like this dip especially with celery, cucumbers, and broccoli, but I don't think you can go wrong with anything.
