Crisp Refreshing Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

* 4 tomatoes, chopped
* 4 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
* 1 red onion, thinly sliced
* 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
* 1 (8 oz) bottle balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing

Directions

1. After all of your vegetables have been chopped, diced and sliced put them together in a mixing bowl.
2. Add pepper, more or less for your taste.
3. Be sure to fold in pepper so all the vegetables are covered.
4. Pour the vinaigrette dressing over the vegetables.
5. Toss, making sure all ingredients are covered well by the dressing.
6. Cover bowl with plastic wrap.
7. Place in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
8. This will allow all the flavors to mix together.
9. When ready to serve take bowl out of the refrigerator and toss one more time.
10. Serve cold.
