1. Preheat your oven to 375 degreees. Mix together
bread crumbs, cheese and paprika in a bowl.
2. Wipe the mushrooms clean and trim stems if
necessary. Whisk the egg whites with a fork until they become frothy.
3. Dip each mushroom into the egg whites, then into the bread crumb mixture - coat evenly.
4. Place mushrooms on a non-stick cookie sheet and
bake for 15 minutes. Mushrooms should be tender and the coating golden and crunchy.
