Baked Bean & Beef Casserole - Crock Pot |
Ingredients

* 1 lb ground beef (you can use 1/2 ground pork, 1/2 ground beef)
* 1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, drained
* 1 can (16 oz) pork and beans, not drained
* 1 can (15 oz) butter beans, drained
* 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
* 1/2 cup ketchup
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
* 2 tablespoons vinegar

Directions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with onion. Drain fat, then put beef & onion in crock pot. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
2. Cook, covered, on high for 2 hours. Stir a few times during cooking.
