Ingredients

* 8 cups cooked macaroni or other pasta
* 4 bacon rashes - rind removed and diced
* ½ onion - minced or very finely chopped
* 2 cups milk
* 1 tin (13 oz/375ml) evaporated milk
* 2 eggs - lightly beaten
* 2oz/60g melted butter
* 2 tbls vegetable Oil
* 6 cups Cheese - We used 4 of tasty and 2 of parmesan
* Salt and Pepper

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into the crock pot and stir to combine.
2. Cover and cook for 8-9 hours on Low OR 4-5 hours on High.
3. Eat and enjoy
