Pork Chop Blue Plate Special - Crock Pot |
Ingredients

* 1 large onion, sliced
* 3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
* 4 pork chops
* 2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) cream of mushroom soup
* salt and pepper

Directions

1. Put onions and potatoes in crock pot. Place the pork chops on top then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir up the soup and spoon it over the chops.
2. Cook, covered, 7-9 hours.

If you've ever traveled the back roads and stopped to eat at a "Roadside Cafe" you'll appreciate this Blue Plate Special. It's a little Americana that I get nostalgic for once in a while. That great meal-on-a-plate that warms your innards like a fancy salad just can't! Ah, come on, you know you love it! Enjoy!
