Round Steak - Crock Pot |

Ingredients
|
* 1 1/2 lbs round steak (about 3/4" thick)
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 1 medium onion, sliced
* 2 carrots, chopped
* 1 celery stalk, chopped
* 15 oz can tomato sauce

Directions

1. Put onions in crock pot.
2. Cut steak into 4 pieces.
3. Put flour on plate and mix with salt and pepper.
4. Put meat on floured plate, one piece at a time. Flip meat over a few times so it's covered with flour. Repeat with remaining 3 pieces.
5. Put meat on top of onions.
6. Then put carrots and celery on top of meat.
7. Pour tomato sauce over everything, do not stir up.
8. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
