BBQ Turkey Sandwiches - Crock Pot

Ingredients

* 4 turkey thighs (2 1/2 - 3 lbs) skin removed
* 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
* 1/4 cup mustard
* 2 tablespoons ketchup
* 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
* 2 tablespoons Louisiana hot pepper sauce
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon pepper
* 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
* 2 teaspoons liquid smoke
* 12 sandwich buns
* 1 cup creamy coleslaw

Directions

1. Spray crock pot with Pam. Put turkey thighs in Crockpot.
2. Stir together everything else (except coleslaw & buns) in a bowl. Pour over turkey, flipping turkey to make sure coated with sauce.
3. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
4. Put turkey thighs on a plate, remove bones. Shred meat with two forks then put shredded meat back in crock pot and combine with sauce.
Serve on buns with coleslaw on the meat.
