1. Spray crock pot with Pam. Put turkey thighs in Crockpot.
2. Stir together everything else (except coleslaw & buns) in a bowl. Pour over turkey, flipping turkey to make sure coated with sauce.
3. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
4. Put turkey thighs on a plate, remove bones. Shred meat with two forks then put shredded meat back in crock pot and combine with sauce.
Serve on buns with coleslaw on the meat.
