Pork Roast - Crock Pot

Ingredients

* 2 1/2 - 3 lb pork boneless sirloin roast
* 1 cup baby carrots
* 2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) diced tomatoes with roasted garlic, undrained
* 1 envelope (1 1/4 oz) pork gravy mix
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 2 tablespoons water
* 1 jar (4 1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
* 1 package (9 oz) frozen cut green beans, thawed & drained

Directions

1. Put pork roast in crock pot. Top with carrots. Mix tomatoes with gravy mix and pour over roast.
2. Cover and cook on low 9-11 hours.
3. Put pork and carrots on large serving plate. Cover with foil.
4. Combine water and flour. Slowly stir into liquid in crock pot. Then add mushrooms and green beans. Cover and cook on high for 20-30 minutes or until a bit thick.
Serve with pork and carrots.
