Crunchy Blue Cheese Dip


* 10 1/2 oz bottle good blue cheese dressing
* 1/4 cup finely diced celery
* 1/4 cup finely diced green bell pepper
* 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
* 1 teaspoon dill weed


1. Mix together all ingredients in bowl.
2. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
3. Serve with vegetables for dipping or with hot chicken wings.


This is a fancier version of most blue cheese dips. The chopped fresh peppers add color, flavor, and crunch. Use any assortment of bell peppers you can find, but just be sure to chop them up small so they blend well into the dressing.

Also be sure to buy a good blue cheese dressing; one in which you can actually see the blue cheese chunks.
