Crunchy Fruit Yogurt Parfait


* 1 C vanilla yogurt
* 1/2 C of fresh mixed fruit, chopped
* Cinnamon to taste
* 1/8 C of granola


1. Place the yogurt into a bowl and beat on low speed until smooth.
2. Transfer the yogurt to a tall drinking glass and top with the mixed fruit.
3. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and top with the granola.


All the yummy flavor of an ice cream parlor parfait with none of the calories! Just good-for-you yogurt, fruit, and granola. Guilt free snacking! What's not to love?
