Our budget has us looking for new and improved recipes that use inexpensive ingredients. I've got to tell you, I never was much of a fan of tuna, but this recipe is actually quite tasty. Even the kids like it! I guess it's because it includes two kinds of cheese, and the buttery crackers on top are pretty darn tasty, too! I keep this one handy for the "end of the pay check" portion of the month. It is surprisingly delicious!
