1. Just barley cover the carrots with water in a large saucepan.
2. Place the pan over medium high heat and bring the water to a boil.
3. Reduce the heat and cook 10 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli and cauliflower to the carrots and simmer 8 minutes.
5. Whisk together the honey, mustard and dill weed until well combined.
6. Drain the vegetables well and place them in a serving bowl.
7. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to cover them well.
