Down Home Steak

Ingredients

* 1 TBSP all purpose flour
* 1 tsp. dried parsley
* 4 (4 oz.) lean cube beefsteaks
* 1/2 C onion, chopped
* 1 C carrots, shredded
* 1 C celery, chopped
* 1 (15 oz.) can chunky tomato sauce
* 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
* 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 C water
* Butter flavored cooking spray

Directions

1. Place the flour and parsley in a small mixing bowl.
2. Toss together.
3. Coat both sides of steaks with the flour mixture.
4. Place a large skillet sprayed with the non cooking spray over medium heat.
5. Add the meat and cook 2 minutes or until browned.
6. Flip and cook the other side 2 minutes or until browned.
7. Place the onions, carrots and celery over the meat in the skillet.
8. Place the tomato sauce in a small mixing bowl.
9. Add the mushroom soup and mix together.
10. Place the Worcestershire sauce and water into the bowl.
11. Mix together well.
12. Pour the mixture over the steaks and vegetables.
13. Place the heat on low and cover the skillet.
14. Cook 50 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the meat is cooked through.
