Easy Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients

* 2 cups of plain yogurt
* 2 cups of blueberries

Directions

1. Place the yogurt in blender.
2. Add the blueberries to the yogurt in blender.
3. Cover and blend until the mixture becomes the consistency of a shake.
4. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Story

Smoothies don't come much easier than this one! With just two ingredients, you get a smoothie that's delicious and good for you. You can use vanilla yogurt for a little more flavor, or stick with the plain yogurt to let the blueberries command center stage.
