Easy Cheesy Ham & Broccoli Quiche


* 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 1 cup milk
* 3 eggs, lightly beaten
* 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
* 1/4 cup diced ham
* 1/4 cup chopped onion

* 9 inch frozen deep dish pie crust


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Put the pie ingredients into a large bowl and mix lightly to combine.
3. Transfer the mixture to the pie crust and bake at 350 for 1 hour.


If your family is reluctant to eat quiche, just tell them this is a ham and cheese pie. They'll never know the difference and the flavor will win their affections. Also, you can add a bit more ham if you think that will please your family and win them over.

Be sure you're not using that "sprinkle" Parmesan cheese. This calls for real fresh grated Parmesan cheese. You can buy it already grated in the dairy case.
