Without all the fuss of mixing herbs and seasonings, you can create a mostly-homemade creamy Italian dressing that tastes great.
This dressing also makes a wonderful marinade for chicken breasts. Put the breasts in a glass baking dish and pour dressing over the top. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more, then bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken breasts are firm, cooked through. The chicken breasts will be very moist and tangy flavored.
