You may not have any biscuit crumbs laying around, so you'll want to make a batch and save a few to crumble. The ready-to-make variety are just fine for this purpose. Just get yourself a nice baking soda biscuit to use.
This is a great little dessert that the kids can help make. It's easy, done all in one pan, without a beater or blender. Your kids can be busy tearing up the biscuits while you melt the butter. It's never too early to learn how to measure out ingredients, so there's another simple task for the kids to take on. In just a little over 30 minutes, the bars will be ready to cool and cut. Enjoy!
