1. In large skillet, brown ground beef, separating into fine pieces and drain any fat.
2. Add refried beans, tomato sauce, hot sauce, chili powder and 1/4 cup medium cheddar cheese. Heat through until bubbly.
3. Pour into serving dish and sprinkle the top with 1/4 cup finely grated cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese blend) and the chopped green onions.
Serve hot with taco chips.
