Easy Refried Bean Dip


* 1 lb. ground beef
* 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
* 1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
* dash hot sauce (to taste)
* dash chili powder (to taste)
* 1/4 cup finely grated medium cheddar cheese
* another 1/4 cup finely grated cheddar cheese (or favorite grated cheese blend)for topping
* 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
* Taco chips


1. In large skillet, brown ground beef, separating into fine pieces and drain any fat.
2. Add refried beans, tomato sauce, hot sauce, chili powder and 1/4 cup medium cheddar cheese. Heat through until bubbly.
3. Pour into serving dish and sprinkle the top with 1/4 cup finely grated cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese blend) and the chopped green onions.

Serve hot with taco chips.


This is so easy and it really goes fast in a living room full of Fans during Game Day. You'll probably want to make two batches right away. Experiment with the toppings. Black olives, jalepenos and green peppers are good options to dress it up a bit.
