Energize Me Protein Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

* 1/4 C crushed pineapple, drained
* 1 apricot, chopped
* 4 strawberries, trimmed and chopped
* 1 banana, chopped
* 1 1/2 C of water
* 1 tbsp powdered skim milk
* 1 tbsp protein powder
* 1 tsp. flax seed oil

Directions

1. Place the pineapple, apricots, strawberries and banana into a blender.
2. Slightly blend just to combine.
3. Pour the water carefully into the blender.
4. Sprinkle in the powdered milk and protein powder.
5. Pour in the flax seed oil.
6. Blend the mixture until becomes very smooth.
