Four Ingredient Corn Stuffed Pork Chops - Crock Pot |
Ingredients

* 4 double pork chops, for stuffing
* 1 bag (16 oz) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
* 1 1/2 cups herbed stuffing mix
* 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
* salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Cut pork chops to form pocket. Season with salt and pepper.
2. In bowl, combine corn and stuffing mix.
3. Stuff pork chops with mixture and close pork chops up with wooden toothpicks.
4. Put any extra stuffing mixture into bottom of crock pot and lay pork chops on top.
5. Spoon tomato sauce over each pork chop.
6. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.

Crock pot cooking is just about the easiest method there is to make a meal. This is definitely a recipe that is kid-friendly and very filling.
I usually like to brown my pork chops a bit before I put them in the crock pot, but when I don't have time to get out the skillet, I just throw it together like this and it tastes just great. Either way, this recipe is a winner.
