Four Tier Zucchini Pasta Bake |
Ingredients

* 2 zucchini, sliced
* 1 (12 oz.) can of tomato sauce
* 3 C of rigatoni, cooked and drained well
* 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
* 1 tsp olive oil
* 1/4 C cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 and spray a baking dish well with cooking spray.
2. Lay 1/3 zucchini slices in baking dish, then 1/3 tomato sauce, 1/3 rigatoni, 1/3 mozzarella cheese, and repeat layers.
4. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and drizzle the oil evenly over the top.
5. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until hot throughout and the cheese has melted.
