Fresh Dill Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients

* 1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped fine
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1/2 cup buttermilk
* 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
* 1/4 tsp kosher salt or sea salt
* 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

1) In glass bowl, put all the ingredients.
2) Take a small whisk and whisk until well blended and smooth.
3) Refrigerate for at least 30 minute to give the dill a chance to flavor the dressing.

Story

Serve this dressing on any mixed green salad or even as a sauce for hot vegetables, like steamed broccoli. You may also want to try this dressing on your favorite potato salad recipes. The secret is the dill - it makes all salads delicious!
