Fresh Peach and Citrus Smoothie


* 2 peaches, pitted and cubed
* 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
* 1/4 cup orange juice
* 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/4 cup ice


1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.


We often go overboard buying peaches when they're in season and usually end up with a half a dozen sitting on the counter for a day or two too long. They're not too soft, just that we're bored with just eating them plain. That's when the blender comes out and we get busy finding ways to whip up smoothies that are good and good for you, too. The vanilla yogurt is usually enough to sweeten this drink up, but a squirt of honey won't hurt. Enjoy!
