Rachael Ray's 30-Minute Healthy Recipes
* 2 cups cooked lobster
* 2 eggs
* 2 tbsp. butter
* salt and pepper
Beat 2 eggs until fluffy. Dip cooked lobster in egg mixture and place in frying pan in which 2 tbsp. of butter has been melted.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry lightly until golden brown.
