Fruit cocktail cans used to sit in my pantry just waiting for me to find something to do with them, besides using as entertaining finger foods for toddlers. This may not be the healthiest variety of smoothie I've ever made, but it's still delicious and refreshing.

Be sure to start out with very cold fruit cocktail. I'll even open my can of fruit cocktail, pour it all into a glass bowl, and stick it in the freezer for a few minutes. That makes for a really nice frosty smoothie.
