Gazpacho

Ingredients

* 3 cups tomato juice
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* 3 large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
* 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
* 1 small garlic clove
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 3/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions

1. Blend ingredients, about a third at a time, in a blender at high speed until smooth.

2. Put into a big bowl, cover and refrigerate.

3. Serve cold.
