Halloween Ghost and Gobblin Cookies
(Ghost and Gobblin Cookies)
* 6 squares of Premium White Baking Chocolate
* 2 squares of Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
* Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies
* Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
* Chocolate Chip Cookies
* Red and yellow food coloring
* Decorating gels
* Assorted candies
* Fruit snack rolls
* Wax paper
1. Spread wax paper out on a flat service to place cookies on after decorating.
2. In a microwave safe bowl melt white chocolate according to package directions.
3. In a microwave safe bowl melt semi-sweet chocolate according to package directions.
4. Make mummy cookies by taking Nutter Butter cookies and covering them with white chocolate.
5. Tear strips off of fruit rollups and wrap around the cookie from top to bottom.
6. Use red-hot candies or red decorating gel to make eyes.
7. To make bats ice Nutter Butter cookies with dark chocolate.
8. Lay cookie sideways on wax paper.
9. Make eyes with red-hot candies or red gel.
10. Use red gel to make bat fangs.
11. For your pumpkins separate some white chocolate into a separate bowl.
12. Place one drop of red and one drop of yellow food coloring into the chocolate.
13. Stir making the chocolate an orange color.
14. Spread orange icing on the sandwich cookies or chocolate chip cookies.
15. Use different types of candies to make eyes and nose.
16. Use gel to curve mouth.
17. Use green gel or the tops of pumpkin candies to make the stem.
18. To make ghosts ice Nutter Butter cookies with white chocolate.
19. Be sure to curl the icing at the top for the ghost affect.
20. Use black decorating gel for the eyes.
21. Store cookies in an airtight container until ready to eat.
