1. Melt the margarine in a skillet over medium heat, add chicken and brown for 12 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
2. Remove the chicken from the skillet, set aside on a serving platter and cover lightly with tin foil to keep warm.
3. In the same skillet, add the cranberry sauce, honey, and ginger and cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until sauce gets smooth and heated through.
4. Serve chicken with sauce spooned over.
