Ginger Soy Chicken - Crock Pot


* 15 chicken legs
* 1/3 cup soy sauce
* 2/3 cup brown sugar
* 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1/4 cup water


1. Put chicken in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl then pour over chicken.
2. Cook, covered, on low for 5-6 hours.


Five ingredients and you have an Asian inspired chicken dish that will rival any take-out chicken! It's easy to tweak the flavors a little in this dish, just taste as you mix the ingredients together. I happen to like a lot of ginger, so I keep sprinkling it in until I've reached my ginger limit.
