1. Cream together the peanut butter and sugar until smooth then stir in the egg and drop onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
2. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8 minutes or until lightly browned then cool.
3. Microwave on high the chocolate chips mixed with the shortening, stirring often, until smooth.
4. Top half the cookies with the fluff, top with another cookie.
5. Dip each cookie into the chocolate to cover and sprinkle with the candy.
