You don't need to fire up the grill to have smoky barbecue ribs any time. The trick is the smoky paprika! If you have never heard of smoky paprika before, you are in for a treat. It has all that wonderful color and flavor of the paprika you know, but with the added benefit of a nice, sweet smoky aroma and flavor.
If you use the smoky paprika and your favorite barbecue sauce, you can not go wrong with this recipe. Happy non-grilling!
