Grill Free Smoky Barbecued Ribs - Crock Pot

* 3 lbs pork loin ribs, cut into 3 rib sections
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp black pepper
* 1 1/2 cup favorite barbecue sauce
* 1/2 cup water

1. Mix together the smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in bowl, then rub into pork loin ribs. Lay ribs in crockpot.
2. Stir together barbecue sauce and water, and pour over ribs in crockpot. Give the crockpot a little shake to be sure the ribs are completely covered and sauce settles to bottom.
3. Cook covered on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or until ribs are tender.
4. Serve alongside favorite potato salad or cole slaw for a summer-like meal anytime of the year.

You don't need to fire up the grill to have smoky barbecue ribs any time. The trick is the smoky paprika! If you have never heard of smoky paprika before, you are in for a treat. It has all that wonderful color and flavor of the paprika you know, but with the added benefit of a nice, sweet smoky aroma and flavor.

If you use the smoky paprika and your favorite barbecue sauce, you can not go wrong with this recipe. Happy non-grilling!
