1. Preheat a grill to medium heat. Brush pitas with oil, then put on grill and lightly grill, flip and grill the other side. Remove and arrange pitas on a grilling pan or sheet.
2. On top of each pita, divide up the cheese, olives, and salsa.
3. Place grilling pan on the grill, close the grill cover, and grill pizzas until cheese melts and the crust begins to brown and get crisp, about 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and serve. This makes 4 personal size pizzas.
