Grilled Potatoe Slices |
Ingredients
|
* 4 medium potatoes, cleaned and sliced (we prefer the skins on, but you may peel them also)* 1 can cream of mushroom soup
* 1 tsp of soy sauce
* 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
* salt & pepper to taste

Directions
|
1. Unroll a sheet of aluminum foil about 12-14" long. Cut 4 pieces.
2. Place a single serving of sliced potatoes on each sheet of foil. Set aside.
3. In a small bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, soy sauce & worcestershire sauce.
4. Place about 1/4 c. of the soup mixture over each of the potatoe slice piles.
5. Roll up the foil to enclose the potatoes inside of a "packet".
6. I take another 12-14" sheet of foil and re-wrap each packet, to help seal the packet more to prevent leakage.
7. Place each packet on the grill and grill for approx. 25-30 min, flipping every 8 min to evenly cook through

This is a recipe that my husband started doing when we had to grill our whole meals because of our kitchen being remodeled. He has also used other types of cream soups for a different flare at times, such as cream of broccoli or the cheddar cheese soup.
