* 4 turkey cutlets, 6 ounces each
* 1 1/2 TBSP olive oil
* 2 TBSP herbs de Province
1. Flatten the turkey cutlets with a meat pounder while placed between waxed paper.
2. Insert the herbs de Province into cutlets.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet until just starts to smoke.
4. Cook until brown on both sides.
