Hibiscus Soup
Ingredients
* 1/2 lb sorrel leaves, pureed
* 1 1/2 lbs potatoes, diced
* 6 C water
* 1 TBSP butter
* Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Place the water in a large saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the potatoes.
3. Pour in the sorrel puree.
4. Stir in the butter, salt and pepper.
5. Boil until the potatoes become as tender as you like.
