Hoisin Salmon

Ingredients

* 1 Tablespoon Orange Juice
* 2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
* 2 Teaspoons Honey
* salt and pepper
* 4 Salmon Fillets of steaks

Directions

Wash and debone salmon. Pat dry. Salt and pepper to taste.

Grease and heat grill (or line broiler pan with foil and spray rack with non stick cooking spray).

Spread 1/2 of the sauce mixture above on the fillets and grill approximately 7 minutes per side over med heat.

Baste with remaining 1/2 of sauce.
