* 3/4 tsp warm water
* 1 1/2 tsp orange extract
* About 75 squares of colored foil or cellophane
|
Directions
|
1. In the microwave melt chocolate in bowl until melted through.
2. Stir occasionally to help break up the chocolate pieces and keep them from clumping.
3. Remove chocolate from microwave.
4. Pour corn syrup in melted chocolate.
5. Add water and orange extract mixing ingredients together well.
6. Line a large sheet with wax paper and spread chocolate out onto paper.
7. Be sure chocolate is even all the way across.
8. Cover with aluminum foil and allow to set at room temperature about 6 to 8 hours.
9. Uncover chocolate and check to make sure it is workable but still a little stiff.
10. Take a hold of the wax paper by the sides and lift off sheet.
11. Place on flat surface.
12. Cut chocolate in lines about 1 1/2 inches apart.
13. Place strips between both hands and roll.
14. Cut roll into 2 inch sections.
15. Allow 2 inch rolls to stiffen a little and then wrap in colored foil and twist the ends.
