Honey Mustard Chicken 'n' Sweet Potatoes - Crock Pot |
Ingredients

* 6 sweet potatoes peeled and quartered
* 1 small onion, sliced
* 3 lbs chicken thighs with skins removed
* 3/4 cup honey mustard salad dressing
* 1/2 tsp basil
* 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. Layer bottom of 4 quart crock-pot with potatoes and onion.
2. Add chicken thighs.
3. Add salad dressing, basil, and black pepper.
3. Cook, covered, for 7-8 hours on low.

I thought about putting white potatoes in this crock pot dish, but thought about it again when I imagined what the sweet and tangy flavor of honey mustard would do to sweet potatoes. The combination of those flavors, and then the basil on top of that, makes this a yummy mouth-watering meal to come home to!
