Serve this tangy, sweet, and wonderfully hot sauce with a pork tenderloin. Just put a dollop on the side of each plate. It resembles plain applesauce but the flavor gets kicked way uptown with the addition of fresh horseradish.
If you don't have fresh horseradish, just stir in about 2 tablespoons of jarred horseradish, then taste and add more if you wish, tasting as you go.
