Hot 'n Sweet Molasses Chicken Wings |
Ingredients

* 3 lbs chicken wings
* 1/4 C molasses
* 1/2 C honey
* 1/2 C soy sauce
* 1 tsp ground ginger
* 2 garlic cloves, grated
* 2 TBSP chili sauce

Directions

1. Place the chicken wings in a shallow glass bowl.
2. In a separate glass bowl combine the molasses, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic cloves and chili sauce.
3. Pour the mixture over the chicken wings making sure to coat every wing.
4. Allow the wings to marinate for at least 60 minutes in the tightly covered bowl in the refrigerator.
5. When ready, set oven to 375 degrees.
6. With aluminum foil, line a shallow cooking sheet and place the wings in a single layer on the prepared pan.
7. Brush the remaining marinade on the wings.
8. Bake the wings for 1/2 hour.
9. Brush again with the marinade and bake another 1/2 hour.
10. When the juice runs clear after poking with a fork the wings are done.
