Rachael Ray's 30-Minute Healthy Recipes
* 1 cup freshly grated horseradish
* 1/2 cup white vinegar
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Put all ingredients in a glass bowl and mix together well.
2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
This simple horseradish relish is excellent served along side a pot roast. Horseradish and roast beef go together very well. Of course, you can't miss if you have corned beef or ham, either.
