Irresistible No Bake Cake |
Ingredients

*1/2 lb marshmallows, quartered
*1 C heavy whipping cream
*1 C graham cracker crumbs
*1 C chopped candied cherries
*1 C chopped candied pineapple
*1 C chopped salted pecans
*2 tsp orange zest
*2 tsp lemon juice

Directions
|
1. Place whipping cream and marshmallows in a large pan.
2. Over low heat cook stirring constantly until marshmallows are half melted.
3. Remove from heat and continue stirring until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture has a fluffy consistency.
4. Cool to room temperature.
5. Butter the sides and bottom of a loaf pan.
6. Place 1/3 of the graham cracker crumbs cover the bottom of pan.
7. When marshmallow mixture has cooled add the rest of the cracker crumbs,
cherries, pineapple, pecans, orange zest and lemon juice.
8. Stir well.
9. Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan.
10. Cover and refrigerate about 8 hours.
11. Garnish with whip topping before serving.
