Italian Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

* 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 whole breasts)
* 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
* 3/4 cup water
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
* 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
* 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Grease 8" square baking dish.
2. Preheat oven to 400.
3. Put chicken in baking dish.
4. Stir together (in saucepan) the tomato paste, water, garlic and all seasonings.
5. Bring to boil over med-high heat.
6. Pour over chicken.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, uncovered, or until chicken is completely cooked through.
8. Top with both cheeses and bake another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
