1. In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, tomato paste, garlic, bread crumbs, egg, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix together well.
2. Shape mixture into 1 inch meatballs.
3. Heat oil in a large skillet.
4. Brown meatballs in oil; put on paper towels to drain.
5. When they are all browned, put meatballs in crock pot.
6. Pour tomato juice over meatballs.
7. Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
