Italian Sandwiches From The Crock Pot

Ingredients

* 2 1/2 lbs ground beef
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
* 1 jar (48 oz) chunky garden vegetable pasta sauce
* 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
* 1 can (3.8 oz) sliced black olives, drained
* 12 French rolls (each about 6" long)
* 12 slices mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in skillet over medium heat.
2. Drain fat.
3. Put meat mixture in crock pot.
4. Add pasta sauce, tomato paste and olives.
5. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.
6. Serve about 1/2 cup meat mixture per bun and topped with cheese.
