Just for fun, I thought I'd include this Italian version of tomato gravy. It takes a bit longer to make, well, quit a bit longer to make than the Southern Style Tomato Gravy I have posted. It's worth the watch just to enjoy the beautiful scenery. FYI - it is subtitled so don't worry if you don't speak Italian. Enjoy!
I'm not sure most of us want to wait for 1 1/2 hours for a pot of tomato gravy, but the video is just fun to watch.
