Its-In-The-Can Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - Crock Pot


* 2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) cheddar cheese soup
* 1 cup milk
* 10 medium to large potatoes, scrubbed and sliced thin
* 2 medium onions, chopped
* salt and pepper to taste


1. Put half of the potatoes and half of the onions in crock pot.
2. Mix the soup and milk in a small bowl then pour half over potatoes and onions.
3. Put the rest of potatoes and onions in crock pot then pour remaining soup/milk mixture on top.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cook, covered, on low for 7-8 hours.


Using canned cheddar cheese soup gives these scalloped potatoes a very creamy texture, perfect for kids. If your kids don't like onions, you can certainly omit them without any problem. It will be tasty either way! Just add an extra potato or two.
