1. Spray large skillet with Pam. Heat over medium heat. Add chicken and jerk seasoning. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
2. Add bell peppers & onions. Cover and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are just tender.
3. Mix together orange juice and cornstarch, stir until smooth. Add this to skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and hot.
