1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cut potatoes into wedges.
3. In an ungreased 9X13 glass casserole, place wedges in a single layer.
4. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl and pour over potatoes.
5. Stir coating potatoes well.
6. Place in oven uncovered.
7. Bake approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
8. Be sure to stir every 15 minutes for even browning.
